Issue
EngageOne Designer SQL installation error on Windows XP.
Cause
SQL 2012 is not compatible with Windows XP.
Resolution
UPDATED: October 24, 2017If no SQL instance is detected on the install machine, we automatically install SQL 2012 Express, which is not compatible with Win XP.
If you want to use Win XP with V6.0 of EngageOne Designer, you will need to ensure that you have SQL installed prior to installation.
If you want to use Win XP with V6.0 of EngageOne Designer, you will need to ensure that you have SQL installed prior to installation.
