Error 91404 in EngageOne Vault

6.1, UNIX, Windows

Issue

When configuring the replica in EngageOne Vault on Linux Ubuntu 12.04, the following error occurs:
ERROR 91404: Function [mirror.find] cannot be executed because there is no underlying provider.

I configured my e2loaderd.ini here:

[Mirror1]

enable=1
interval=20
[connection2]
service=192.168.1.85:6001

I up the services in both virtual machines (Master and Mirror) but when I see the log e2loaderd.log shows me the next line:

ERROR 91404: Function [mirror.find] cannot be executed because there is no underlying provider.

Cause

The "function [X] cannot be executed because there is no underlying provider" error in some other contexts, and it happened because either some of the Vault services were not started, or they were started and not on the expected port, or the port was being blocked.

In this case, however, the problem was that "enabled=1" was not set under [connection2]:

Resolution

UPDATED: August 7, 2019
Set  "enabled=1" under [connection2]:

[server1]
service=*:6002
 [Mirror1]
enable=1
months=1
 [connection2]
service=192.168.1.93:6001

needs to be changed to:

[server1]
service=*:6002
 [Mirror1]
enable=1
months=1
 [connection2]
enable=1                                               <--- note this was missing
service=192.168.1.93:6001
