Resolve issue where PDF Printer not Responding saying LPT1 port is in use in Confirm


Issue:  Confirm PDF Printer not Responding or Printer complaining that LPT1 port is in use.



This normally occurs on Windows 7 64bit client.


UPDATED: August 18, 2017
Go into Printers and Devices
Right Click on Confirm PDF Printer
Go into 'Printer Properties'
Go into 'Ports'
Change the port from LPT1 to NUL:

Additional Information:
Once this has been changed you MAY need to uninstall and reinstall Confirm Client.
