Resolve OK button greyed out when adding Universal Address Module (UAM) and Enterprise Geocoding Module (EGM) database(s) in Spectrum

Unable to add a database resource for UAM or EGM

When navigating into the Spectrum Management Console > Universal Addressing Module > Tools > USA Database Resources to add a database resource, provide a name for the resource, enter path to where the database is, and the OK button is greyed out


A properties file within the Spectrum install directory is causing Spectrum to inactivate the OK button.

These are the steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Stop the Spectrum server
  2. Go to <SpectrumServerLoaction>/server/modules/c1p/data to delete the rcm_*.properties file
  3. Start up the Spectrum server
  4. Log into the Management Console and go to UAM > Tools > USA Database Resource and add a database resource
  5. The OK button should not be greyed out anymore
