The MapInfo License Server Utility v4.0 will not automatically restart if the machine hosting the LSU is rebooted, and MapInfo Pro users cannot connect to the LSU to obtain a license. The MapInfo client will prompt for the correct server name.
MapInfo Professional 12 software uses LSU 4.0 which has a bug when server on client machine has been rebooted, the LSU 4.0 is not automatically started and MapInfo users cannot connect to LSU. Services need to be started manually. This is an issue for all users being disconnected and not being able to use MapInfo Pro.
