Indexcheck doesn't return the result in EngageOne Vault.

Cause

This commonly happens if the index directory is in an unusual location.

Resolution

UPDATED: January 17, 2020
Run 'indexcheck' using the full path to the index.
indexcheck c:\vault\server\index\test\invlink.dri [accountnumber]
