Resolve issue regarding missing documents in DOC1 Designer

Product Feature: Utilities


Following the creation of public documents, they are not visible within the navigator.


It is possible that they may have been deleted, if this is the case, then enabling the "show deleted items" should reveal them, but once deleted, they cannot be recovered.

Alternatively, it is likely that this view has been turned off in the navigator filter.

Below is a screenshot showing how this would appear in the navigator filter:

Here you can see that the document option is not highlighted (contained in a shaded blue box). If this is not active, you will be unable to see any public documents in the navigator.

This can be resolved by ensuring that this item is active, or alternatively, use the "select all" item available in the filter list.
