Resolve an error adding a Spectrum Location Intelligence Module database resource on a Linux server

Issue

When attempting to add a Location Intelligence Module(LIM) database resource in the Management Console, using a ".gsb" file, the follow error occurs:

Cause

There are missing required libraries for the Linux operating system that are missing and need to be installed.
