When opening the Enterprise Designer, some users may experience "blank" display issues similar to this screenshot:
This issue can occur when the UI settings have become corrupt. This can sometimes happen if a second monitor has been used and then made not available.

Try the following steps to resolve:
- Close the Enterprise Designer
- Delete %AppData%/Pitney Bowes/Enterprise Designer/Settings.xml file
- Re start the Enterprise Designer and test
