Resolve MapInfo Runtime error: minfo32 "Invalid Class string"

Issue

While running Custom App through MapInfo Runtime 9.5, an error is generated:
miinfo32
Invalid Class String
Press OK.

Cause

While running Custom App through MapInfo Runtime 9.5, an error is generated:

After pressing OK. The same error is generated again, and an additional error message is created:

Resolution

UPDATED: December 6, 2019

Navigated to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cmd.exe (Run command Prompt as Administrator)
Open the command prompt  (start>run>cmd)
Navigate to the C:\Program Files (x86)\(Customer Folder App Name)\Mapinfo\Runtime9.5

Example:
Type in cd.. and then enter
Type in cd.. enter (again) This will get to the root of C:\
type in cd Program Files (x86) (press enter)
type in cd (Customer Folder App Name) (press enter)
type in cd MapInfo (press enter)
type in cd Runtime9.5 (press enter)

Type in: Mapinfor.exe -regserver  (and press enter)
 

This will resolve the error and should allow things to run properly.
