Resolve issue with Read From File Stage on CentOS (Linux) where the last field is not imported if it is either a long or an integer in Spetctrum

Issue
Using the Read From File Stage CentOS the last field is not imported if it is either a long or an integer.
Cause
The line terminators do not match in the data file.
Resolution
UPDATED: October 20, 2017Uncheck "Use default EOL" on CentOS (Linux) and select Windows (CRLF) to match the line terminators in the data file
