Resolve Condition Survey Score not populated in Inspection Batch Feature screen in Confirm

Products Affected: Confirm® version 12


In Confirm®, when you use ConfirmConnect™ to rate a Condition on a Condition Survey, the Condition Score appears on the Feature Condition screen but does not appear on the Inspection Batch Feature screen.

This issue is only observed in Confirm version 12.

Also impacted may be Reports that report on Condition Score.


The Condition Score from a Condition Survey is not being updated to the database.
