Resolve 'Unable to start Excel' Error on WebLink Client

Issue

The user gets error 'Unable to start Excel' on WebLink Client. Execution of plan containing excel sink through weblink under an user with "Period" (.) in the user name give error "unable to start excel".

Cause

Execution of plan containing excel sink through weblink under an user with “Period“ (.) in the user name gives error “unable to start excel”.  If the same plan executed under the user without any "Period" sign in the user name, it completes successfully. The issue is reproducible under v6.8. Whereas the plan successfully completed in v6.0  & v6.5.14 version under user with "Period" in the user name.
