Resolve fields 'greyed out' in the Programming Inspections Wizard in Confirm

When you try to create Programmed Inspections via the Actions tab on the Street Works Permit screen in Confirm® all the fields are greyed out. This issue does not occur via Street Works classic. 


This is based on user and/or group security settings.


UPDATED: March 18, 2019
1. Check the User Settings screen and Group Settings screen pertaining to the affected user(s). Given only viewing rights to Programmed Inspections then you will able to find the exact problem. 

Change the settings and give the full rights:

User settings > Street Works > Programmed Inspections

2. The alternative is to program these inspections via Street works classic.
