Check the following items:
  • Spectrum 9 SP1 needs to be installed previously to Spatial Analyst
  • Spatial Analyst 1.1.0 needs to be installed and not 1.0
  • When Installing Spatial Analyst you are required to connect to the the Spectrum end point IE: <https://<Server_Name>:<Port_Number> ensure you click the "Test" button to ensure the connection before continuing installation
  • Check the wrapper log:
INFO   | jvm 1    | 2014/07/23 10:35:10 | Caused by: com.g1.dcg.license.LicenseException: com.pb.spectrum.platform.server.runtime.core.license.LicenseException: Module LIM does not exist in license. Check out failed for LIM/LIM/RealTime.

If the entry above is seen in the wrapper.log, then Spectrum has either not been licensed, or the license is not setup for the Location Intelligence module
