Issue
User is running identical DT reports for 1st, a single 30 min DriveTime and then for 15, 30 and 45 min DriveTimes.
The reports show different data output for each 30 min DriveTime.
The reports show different data output for each 30 min DriveTime.
Cause
There are two files in Freeways.
Detail File
Generalized File
For Drivetimes under 30 minutes, it uses the detail file.
For Drivetimes over 30 minutes, it uses the generalized file.
It cannot pull from both files at the same time, so even though 30 minutes is part of the 15, 30, 45 it will pull from the Generalized file because the other DT is over 30. Use of the Detail file for large drivetimes will most likely result in “out of memory” errors but the current Freeway product allows you to force it to use the detail file.
