Issue
When applying a new EngageOne license, the customer gets the following error:
HttpEOLicense W com.pb.engageone.license.service.HttpEOLicenseService activateEngageOneLicense Invalid MAC Address
HttpEOLicense W com.pb.engageone.license.service.HttpEOLicenseService activateEngageOneLicense Invalid MAC Address
Cause
The customer had 3 network cards. Their specific issue was due to them not having permissions to the ent0, ent1, ent2 devices.
Resolution
UPDATED: November 14, 2017The ent0 device was the one specifically for EngageOne but having either 1 or 3 MAC addresses in the license would have worked either way.
