Resetting 1E23 and 1E26 label printers used with SendSuite Live, SendSuite Tracking, SendSuite Arrival, SendSuite Xpress, or Ascent

Products affected: 1E23, 1E26, SendSuite® Live, SendSuite® Tracking, SendSuite® Arrival®, SendSuite® Xpress, Ascent™
  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. Unplug the printer.
  3. Wait one minute.
  4. Plug the printer back in.
  5. Turn the printer on.
  6. Press the feed button until 2 or 3 labels come out.
