“Internet services check incomplete” message on Checking Network Connections screen during installation on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto  (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)


During the installation process, when the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto checks your internet connection, the message “Internet services check incomplete” is displayed.



The device is unable to connect to some URLs including http://mail.0365.pb.com.

Determine why the device is unable to reach the service and then restore the connection.
  1. Tap on the View Details link in the “Internet services check incomplete” section of Checking Network Connections screen.


    A list of internet services (URLs) is displayed.


  2. Scroll down through the list of services (URLs) displayed in the screen. You need to troubleshoot and restore each service (URL) that has a red exclamation mark next to it. The system will return you to the Get Started screen and will repeat the process until all of the necessary connections are restored.

    Important: If the only remaining error occurs at the service (URL) http://mail.0365.pb.com, located under under PB Web services Support, scroll to the bottom of the list and tap Bypass Network Step.


    Once your device connects and gets updates, it will receive a new list of URLs with http://mail.0365.pb.com removed.
