"Operator/Operand Type Mismatch" message when opening SendSuite Xpress or Ascent

Issue

When opening SendSuite® Xpress or Ascent™, the message "Operator/Operand Type Mismatch" is displayed.

Cause

  • Index files are missing or corrupt, or
  • Database files are corrupt
