Resolving error 2003 on the SendPro C, SendPro+ (2H00, 8H00)

There is an issue with the internal printer.

Reboot the meter: 
  1. Unplug the meter power cable for 10 seconds.
  2. Plug the power cable back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
  3. Quickly tap and release the power button.
